dungeon2000 is a retro-puzzle game that fathered a small series of other dungeon games, and even a small quantity of fan games.
The game features bland, repetitive gameplay, the kind one would find on nearly any 80's arcade machine.
Gameplay
The game is basic: get to the golden treasure... or the giant yellow square. Regardless, there's not much in terms of story to worry about, just one heck of a difficult puzzle game!
Concept
The idea of dungeon2000 was to bring exceedingly difficult gameplay together with classic gaming sound and visuals. All in all - it succeeded, and received great feedback for gameplay, and for it's retro style.
